第一章 宗旨
海信广场会员俱乐部是为会员共享时尚与完美生活而设立的平台，旨在为会员提供顶级时尚资讯、购物休闲和专属服务。会员俱乐部推崇品位与格调，倡导贵族式生活理念，为会员创造尊崇奢华的享受。

第二章 会员卡类别
海信广场会员卡分为贵宾卡、金卡、钻石卡，每张卡均可申领一张同等级别的邀请卡。其所有人为海信广场会员俱乐部贵宾卡、金卡、钻石卡会员。

第三章 会员特权
1、贵宾卡会员特权
● 享受服装、鞋、箱包等9折优惠（超市及部分品牌除外）；
● 日常购物享受1倍积分；
● 生日当天购物享受2倍积分（超市及部分品牌除外）。
2、金卡会员特权
● 享受服装、鞋、箱包等8.6折优惠（超市及部分品牌除外）；
● 日常购物享受1.5倍积分；
● 生日当天购物享受3倍积分（超市及部分品牌除外）；
● 享受预留车位服务。
3、钻石卡会员特权
● 享受服装、鞋、箱包等8.6折优惠（超市及部分品牌除外）；
● 日常购物享受2倍积分；
● 生日当天购物享受5倍积分（超市及部分品牌除外）；
● 享受预留车位服务；
● 享受一对一会员专属服务；
● 享受专属优先服务。
4、会员共享特权
● 每张会员卡可申领一张同级别邀请卡，邀请卡则无权再次申办邀请卡；
● 享受购物优惠的同时享受积分累计：服装、鞋、箱包、化妆品一次性购物每满100元积 1分；家电、珠宝首饰、钟表、精品服饰、超市类商品一次性购物每满200元积1分；休闲、餐饮类及部分特殊品牌不参加积分累计；
● 超市消费每满50元，其它区域消费每满200元赠送1小时免费停车时间（单次赠送不超过50小时）；
● 受邀参加会员俱乐部举办的会员活动；
● 享受会员俱乐部提供的专属设施及服务；
● 在海信广场会员特权联盟单位内享受消费优惠（详见海信广场网站会员俱乐部《会员特权联盟单位名录》）；
● 优先获悉海信广场最新资讯；
● 在特殊纪念日收到海信广场呈送的真挚祝福；
● 享受预定包装纸的礼品免费包装服务；
● 享受预定范围内免费代客送礼服务；
● 获赠海信广场会员杂志；
● 积分有效期为2年。积分请在有效期内使用，逾期将清零。
● 在中国百货商业协会高级百货店分会成员单位购物享受贵宾礼遇：长春卓展时代广场、沈阳卓展时代广场、大连友谊商城、哈尔滨松雷商厦、上海东方商厦、杭州大厦购物中心、西安世纪金花购物中心、成都仁和春天百货、昆明金龙百货、广州友谊商店、深圳西武百货。

第四章 入会通路
1、贵宾卡会员入会通路
● 当日消费满2000元或月累计消费满4000元，凭本人身份证或其它有效证件及购物凭证，交纳18元工本费，可申领贵宾卡一张，成为贵宾卡籍会员；
● 一次性交纳180元会费，凭本人身份证或其它有效证件可申领贵宾卡一张，成为贵宾卡籍会员。
2、金卡会员入会通路
● 贵宾卡籍会员年度累计消费满50000元，晋级为金卡籍会员，其原有贵宾卡收回，相关记录延续；
● 非会员当日累计消费满20000元，凭本人身份证或其它有效证件及购物凭证，交纳18元工本费，可申领金卡一张，成为金卡籍会员；
● 一次性交纳1500元会费，凭本人身份证或其它有效证件可申领金卡一张，成为金卡籍会员。
3、钻石卡会员入会通路
● 金卡籍会员年度累计消费满100000元，晋级为钻石卡籍会员，其原有金卡收回，相关记录延续；
● 非会员当日累计消费满80000元，凭本人身份证或其它有效证件及购物凭证，交纳18元工本费，可申领钻石卡一张，成为钻石卡籍会员；
● 一次性交纳5000元会费，凭本人身份证或其它有效证件可申领钻石卡一张，成为钻石卡籍会员。
4、邀请卡会员入会通路及权利
● 会员须持本人会员卡与邀请卡办理人共同进行邀请卡的办理，邀请卡办理人凭本人身份证或其它有效证件，交纳18元工本费，可申领同等级别会员卡一张，成为俱乐部会员，享受相应权利。
● 邀请卡可以独立享受其权利，也可以选择与其主卡共享积分和免费停车时间，在共享积分时，只有主卡可以领取积分。

第五章 会员卡补办与个人资料变更
● 会员卡若丢失或损坏，需到会员俱乐部及时挂失和补办新卡，并交纳 18 元工本费。
● 为确保相关权益，会员资料如有变更需及时接洽会员俱乐部。

第六章 会员卡降级与会籍终止
自办卡之日起，会员俱乐部将按一年的统计周期对会员消费情况进行统计，每个统计周期内，海信广场对会员情况进行评估，并有权决定：
● 年消费额未达50000元的钻石卡会员降级为金卡会员；
● 年消费额未达20000元的金卡会员降级为贵宾卡会员；
● 年消费额未达5000元的贵宾卡会员，终止其会员资格，同时会员积分不再保留。

第七章 会员卡的属地说明
● 一经入会注册，即同时成为青岛海信广场、天津海信广场会员；
● 会员享受的权利以上述各门店的会员章程为准。

第八章 会员俱乐部责任与义务
● 有为会员资料进行保密的义务。
● 有为会员提供优质服务的义务。

第九章 附则
● 会员卡仅限会员本人使用，不得转借他人。
● 会员俱乐部将通过电话、信函、短信、邮件等方式通知会员各项专享活动及会员特权联盟单位活动等信息。
● 本章程根据需要，经海信广场批准，可以进行修改，但须同时在海信广场网站公布。

Membership Regulation

Chapter One Aim

Hisense Plaza Club is a platform for members to enjoy the fashion and perfect life, aiming to offer them information of top fashion, shopping, leisure and exclusive services. The club has superb taste and style, and initiates new ideas of elegant life, providing luxurious enjoyment for the members.

Chapter Two Category of the Cards

Hisense Plaza membership cards are classified into VIP cards, gold cards and diamond cards. The holder of each card may apply for an invitation card with the same grade. The owner of the card is a member of the VIP card, the gold card and the diamond card of the Hisense Plaza Club.

Chapter Three Member Privilege

1. The Privilege of the VIP card member
2. Entitled to a 10% discount on clothes, shoes, suitcases and bags( the supermarket commodities and some famous brands excluded);
3. Entitled to normal accumulated points for the usual shopping (the supermarket commodities and some famous brands excluded) ;
4. Entitled to twice the accumulated points for shopping on the member’s birthday (the supermarket commodities and some famous brands excluded) .

The Privilege of the gold card member

1. Entitled to a 14% discount on clothes, shoes and suitcases and bags(the supermarket commodities and some famous brands excluded);
2. Entitled to one and a half times the accumulated points for the normal shopping (the supermarket commodities and some famous brands excluded) ;
3. Entitled to three times the accumulated points for shopping on the member’s birthday (the supermarket commodities and some famous brands excluded) ;
4. Entitled to the service of the reserved parking spot.

The share of the Privilege of the members

1. The holder of each card may apply for an invitation card with the same grade. However, the holder of the card is not entitled to apply for another one;
2. Entitled to the point accumulation while enjoying shopping preferences: one point may be gained when minimum RMB100 is spent on clothes, shoes, suitcases, bags and cosmetics at one time; one point may be gained when minimum RMB200 is spent on home appliances, jewelry, watches and clocks, fine clothes and supermarket commodities at one time; leisure, food and drinks and some special famous brands are exclusive from the point accumulation. 3. One hour free parking is offered when the purchase reaches RMB 50 at the supermarket or RMB 200 at the other shopping areas (a single offer may not exceed 50 hours);
4. Invited to participate in activities organized by the Club;
5. Entitled to exclusive facilities and services from the Club;
6. Entitled to shopping preferences from the shops of Privilege Union of Hisense Plaza(For further information, please read the Name List of the Shops of Privilege Union of Hisense Plaza at the Hisense Plaza Website);
7. Entitled to the priority of obtaining the latest information of Hisense Plaza;
8. Receiving Hisense Plaza's sincere blessings on a special anniversary;
9. Entitled to free gift packaging services with specified wrapping paper;
10. Entitled to free gift-sending services within regulated scopes;
11. Obtaining the member magazine of Hisense Plaza;
12. Entitled to VIP’s shopping preferences from the members of ADVANCED DERPARTMENT STORE & SHOPPING CENTER AFFILIATE OF CCAGM, including Changchun Charter Shopping Center, Shenyang Charter Shopping Center, Dalian Friendship Department Store, Harbin Songlei Plaza, Shanghai Orient Shopping Center, Hangzhou Tower Shopping Center, Xi'an Century Ginwa Shopping Center, Chengdu Renhe Spring Department Store, Kunming Jinlong Department Store, Guangzhou Friendship Store and Shenzhen Seibu Department Store .

Chapter Four Membership Eligibility

1. VIP Card Member
2. The customer whose purchases reaches RMB 2,000 within a single day or reaches RMB 4,000 per month is eligible for a VIP card. Please provide the receipt(s) of your purchase(s), your personal ID card or other effective certificates and pay RMB 18 for card production cost for obtaining a VIP card and becoming a VIP card member;
3. The customer who pays RMB 180 of membership cost is eligible for applying for a VIP card. Please provide your personal ID card or other effective identifications for obtaining a VIP card and becoming a VIP card member.

Gold Card Member

1. A VIP card holder with annual accumulative purchase that reaches RMB 50,000 is eligible for becoming a Gold Card member. His/Her previous VIP card will be withdrawn and relevant records will be sustained;
2. A non-member whose spending reaches RMB 20,000 within a single day is eligible for applying for a Gold Card. Please provide the receipt(s) of your purchase(s), your personal ID card or other effective identifications and pay RMB 18 of card production cost for obtaining a Gold Card and becoming a Gold Card member;
3. A customer who pays RMB 1,500 of membership cost fee is eligible for applying for a Gold Card. Please provide your personal ID card or other effective identifications for obtaining a Gold Card and becoming a Gold Card member.

3. Diamond Card Member

1. A Gold Card holder with annual accumulative purchase that reaches RMB 100,000 is eligible for becoming a Diamond Card member. His/Her previous Gold Card will be withdrawn and relevant records will be sustained;
2. A Non-member whose spending reaches RMB 80,000 within a single day is eligible for applying for a Diamond Card. Please provide the receipt(s) of your purchase(s), your personal ID card or other effective identifications and pay RMB 18 of card production cost for obtaining a Diamond Card and becoming a Diamond Card member;
3. A customer who pays RMB 5,000 of membership cost fee is eligible for applying for a Diamond Card. Please provide your personal ID card or other effective identifications for obtaining a Diamond Card and becoming a Diamond Card member.

4. Invitation Card Member

1. A customer who applies for an Invitation Card must be accompanied by a membership card holder. Please provide your personal ID card or other effective identifications and pay RMB 18 of card production cost for obtaining a member’s card with the same grade and becoming a member of the club;
2. An invitation card holder may be entitled to his/her own rights independently. He/she may also choose to share the point accumulation and free car parking service with the master card holder. Only the master card holder can gain the accumulative points while sharing the point accumulation.

Chapter Five Card Re-application and Personal Information Alteration

1. He/she who has lost or damaged his/her card must report immediately to the Club and apply for a new card. He/she has to pay RMB 18 of the card production cost;
2. Please notify the Club if the information of the member has changed in order that the relevant rights are ensured.

Chapter Six Downgrade and Termination of Membership
The Club may add up a member's consumption within one year’s statistical cycle from the issue date of the card. The Hisense Plaza may assess the consumption of the members within each statistical cycle and has the right to make the following decisions:

1. A Diamond Card will be downgraded to a Gold Card if the cardholder's annual consumption was less than RMB 50,000;
2. A Gold Card will be downgraded to a VIP Card if the cardholder's annual consumption was less than RMB 20,000;
3. A VIP Card holder’s membership will be terminated if his/her annual consumption was less than RMB 5,000. All the accumulated points will be cancelled from the day of termination.

Chapter Seven Clarification of the Possession of Membership

1. The customer will immediately become a member of both Qingdao Hisense Plaza and Tianjin Hisense Plaza once he/she has registered for the membership of the club;
2. The rights that the members are entitled to must be in accordance with the membership regulationsof the above shops.

Chapter Eight Obligations of the Club

1. The Club has the obligation to keep members data confidential;
2. The Club has the obligation to offer its members quality service.

Chapter Nine Supplements

1. The Membership card is only limited to the named cardholder and shall not be used by anyone else;
2. The club has the rights to inform its members of the information about its exclusive activities and activities of the Member Privilege Union by means of telephone, mail, message, e-mail and the others;
3. This constitution may be amended under Hisense Plaza’s approval, if necessary. Meanwhile, it will be published at the website on Hisense Plaza.
